At BrenJoyceHomes our goal is to bring the efficiencies of factory fabrication, and light-gauge steel construction to the residential home building market in an environmentally friendly way.
BrenJoyce Homes is forging a new path, where people, planet, and profit have equal standing on the balance sheet for residential real estate development. We employ the latest, proven technologies and design elements to provide unique modern homes of the future. We build modern net zero energy residential homes with little environmental impact to significantly reduce energy consumption. We are headquartered in Tampa, FL and looking to expand throughout the state of Florida.
